Kitchen Basics – free

We will stock your EcoNest Kitchen with kitchen basics - olive oil, oats, rice, flour, onions and garlic, salt and pepper and a range of spices.

Highfield Paddock to Plate Hamper – $50 per day

Eat from our farm with your very own Highfield-grown basket of farm-fresh produce hamper. Items will vary according to seasonality and availability, but will be chosen from our ethically-farmed Dorper Lamb, Dexter Beef, pasture-raised Chicken and Eggs, Farm-made condiments and ferments and Highfield-grown vegetables and herbs. One week before your stay we can let you know what’s in season and in the basket so you can plan the feasts for your stay. Paddock to plate has never been closer!  

Regional Produce Hamper – $70

Eat the very best of our regional produce including local cheeses, farm-fresh berries, apples and stone fruit, gourmet vinegars, hazelnuts, oats, chocolates and licorice! Hampers will vary according to seasonality and availability. 

Regional Cellar – individual prices

On arrival, browse the menu of locally produced beers, wines and ciders and stock your cellar. Our producers include Tumut River Brewing Company, Crafty Cider, Johansen Wines and Courabyra Wines. [link Eat and Drink - Local Eats and offers]
