Dorper Lamb

Lamb Cuts

Our grass-fed Dorper Lamb is the 'Wagyu' of lamb. You can taste the difference. We offer a range of different cuts for grilling, roasting and slow cooking. We also occasionally offer  fuller-flavoured Hogget and Mutton as well.

Lamb Sausages

These are no ordinary sausages. If you have given up eating sausages because they are so bad, ours will convince you that they can be great!

Our snags are gluten and preservative free and made with the meat from a whole lamb - not just the left over bits. We use fresh herbs from our garden and freshly ground spices for flavour - not standard butcher pack flavourings.

Guaranteed deliciousness!

Lamb Smallgoods

Have you ever tried smoked lamb, lamb pastrami, lamb chorizo, lamb salami or lamb ham?

Our specialist butcher makes all these for us.

Dexter Beef

Beef Cuts

Our grass-fed Dexter Beef is perfect for the modern diet. Because Dexters are a small breed, the cuts are a smaller size. They’re a heritage breed, so the flavour hasn’t been bred out. As well as being full of flavour, they are beautifully marbled. You’ll notice the difference  the Dexter breed brings to the table.

Beef Sausages

Gluten and Preservative free - our beef sausages are thick and beefy. We keep the flavours simple so you can appreciate the full flavour.

Pasture Raised Eggs

Our fabulous pasture-raised eggs from a mixed flock of Australorps, White Leghorns, Rhode Island Reds, and a few Araucanas, have exceptionally orange yolks. Raised in the paddock to graze on grass and chase insects.

Pasture Raised Chicken

Remember when chicken was special? Only eaten on your birthday or for Christmas? Well that’s how our chickens are.

Raised on grass, free to lounge in the sun and buste bathe, our pasture -raised chicken is like it used to be - tasty. Available as whole birds or in cuts.

Pickles

Picked from our garden, our pickled vegetables are the perfect addition to a meal or a charcuterie board.

  • Cumin and Lemon Salt

  • Coriander and Lime Salt

Mustards

Our mustards are ground from whole mustard grains and preserved with apple cider vinegar.

Handmade Natural Soaps

Our soaps utilise the suet from our lambs. Suet is the hard white pure fat that holds the kidneys. Our Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers used to cook with suet. Now it’s mostly thrown away, but we use it to minimise waste and make tallow for our beautiful soaps. Expertly made by our friend Gwen Roberton from Back to Earth Soaps in Wodonga, we offer the following gentle to the skin soaps.

  • Rosehip Luxury

  • Sandalwood & Coconut Cream

  • Honey & Oatmeal

  • Moroccan Spice

  • Gardeners

  • Also try our Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo Soap!
