DEXTER BEEF

Cuts and pack sizes, price is per kg.

Our grass-fed Dexter Beef is perfect for the modern diet. Because Dexters are a small breed, the cuts are a smaller size. They’re a heritage breed, so the flavour hasn’t been bred out. As well as being full of flavour, they are beautifully marbled. You’ll notice the difference the Dexter breed brings to the table.

Raised on grass, free to lounge in the sun and dust bathe, our pasture-raised chicken is like it used to be - tasty. Warning – it’s very hard to go back to eating ordinary chicken. HANDMADE NATURAL SOPAS

Our soaps utilise the suet from our lambs. Suet is the hard white pure fat that holds the kidneys. Our Grandmothers and Great Grandmothers used to cook with suet. Now it’s mostly thrown away, but we use it to minimise waste and make tallow for our beautiful soaps. Expertly made by our friend Gwen Roberton from Back to Earth Soaps in Wodonga. Only natural ingredients and essential oils. Gentle on the skin.
